Anyo-ji is een oude Jodo Shinshu-tempel in Matsumoto. De honderdjarige treurkers laat half april bleekroze cascades tot aan de grond hangen. Het contrast tussen de serene houten hoofdhal en de kersenbloesem schept een schilderachtig tafereel, geliefd bij de lokale bewoners.
